Yes, we require booking two weeks in advance if you wish to book "The Ultimate Valet" as the car needs to be fully valeted prior to the Silver Seal Protection being applied.
Sometimes we will add a small charge to the cost of a valet, if we feel that there is excess pet hair to remove.
This task can add another hour to the valet, sometimes 2 hours in extreme cases, and therefore an excess charge will be made.
Typically we say "give us seven days notice".
Our services are in high demand around Herefordshire and as a result we do sometimes need a few days notice to make sure we can get to you in time.
If you'd like us to valet your car, all we ask is that you give us a week's notice when booking (i.e. your booking date should be at least 7 days in advance of the day you make your booking). However, please feel free to contact us if you have an emergency, as we may be able to fit you in.
If we cannot meet your requirements we will contact you and offer alternative dates that we are able to visit you.
We recommend that the exterior is at least washed once a week, especially in winter, as road salt can cause damage to your paint work if left on the vehicle for to long a period. We do of course provide discounts for regular customers.
We can valet in almost all weathers, due to our huge mobile Gazebo, it pops up in under 5 minutes!
The Gazebo protects the car from the rain, and may also be used when the temperatures are too hot!
The only time we may postpone a valet, would be high winds, freezing temperatures (below zero) and snow!
Don't worry, if any of the above do occur, we will be in touch to re-arrange another date.
You can pay us either by Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer.
Generally speaking, our customers choose to pay by Cash upon completion of our work.
We do not require payment in advance of working on your car, we would much prefer we are paid once you have seen our work and are completely satisfied.
